Hello all,
During our rollovers, I accidentally rolled over into an Empty Package. As Seat Cancellation could not reverse the Orders (no seats, just packages), I created a new Package and successfully performed the roll-over again.
However, now when I try and go back in to the Orders with the empty packages to delete them, Tess has a fatal error. Annoyingly a handful of these Orders are for subscribers who have multiple packages, so a combination of the empty dud package, and complete packages.
I suspect this will need a TASK ticket, but has anyone faced something similar before?

Yup, I believe we have done this once. Open a TASK ticket. They will get you all fixed up.
