Batch Printing Ticket Headers Only?

Hello,

We are trying to print just the ticket headers for a list of customers through batch printing. Its not working without having to select performances or packages. We just want the headers to spit out, not the tickets. Any ideas as to how to make this work?

Thanks!

What if you used Ticket Form Printing but used it for labels?

    Just a thought!

    Hi Nick!

Thanks for the response! We are selling tickets for an event where they have provided us with their own tickets. We usually use the NULL printer option to keep track of what goes to will call. However, when we batch print it uses our ticket stock on fake tickets for the show. We are trying to avoid waste and make our lives easier by batch printing just headers.

    Cheers,

    Kaitlyn

Shelley, are you sure this wasn't just in the regular ticket orders screen, for a single order? The batch print function shouldn't work that way.

Batch print specifically sweeps for performances with printable tickets, so it's not possible to do a batch print of headers to my knowledge. But this has come up in my organization before as well, so I do think it could be a worthwhile enhancement request.

If you are trying to print headers to go into windowed mailing envelopes, the "built-in" way of accomplishing this would be to use the "User Defined Format from a List" to print addresses directly on to non-windowed envelopes. But you might have a different need.
