Ticket Design Elements - Last Name

We are completely redesigning our ticket stock and I have everything worked out except the "Last Name1" element.  If the tickets are printed from an account with only one name it seems to be working fine; however, when you try to print a single ticket from a Household it's not pulling the last name, but instead pulling their first name and first initial of the second name ("Jack and S" but instead of trying to spell out Jack and Sue it should just say "Siler").  Any ideas on how to fix this for the households?  Thanks.

You could also use Sort Name if you are ok with having the first name at the end.
