Hello all - I was hoping someone could help me figure out a small problem. I built a new GA facility, and I am getting an error message that keeps telling me that the seats are Not In Allocation when I try to select them. Allocations are something we have never used as an organization, and so our facilities neither have allocations attached nor are having this problem.
Am I missing a new step in the Facility Manager build process? Might the upgrade to version 12.0 be causing this allocation problem? Thank you in advance!
Hi Kevin,
In Facility Manager, check the Hold/Alloc Maps tab and make sure you have an allocation map set up. Even if you don't use allocations, you still have to assign "Unassigned" allocations to your MOS.

Thank you for the reply, Kevin. I was able to add the "Unassigned" allocation seats to the MOS, which solved my problem.
