Hello fellow Tessiturians…
My name is Lisa Eichers and I am with the Salt Lake County Center for the Arts in Downtown Salt Lake City, Utah- an eight member organization Consortium.
We are planning to open a new 2500 seat Performing Arts venue in 2016 with several new programs (memberships, VIP lounge access, pre-paid parking, Pre-paid food & beverage).
I was asked to reach out to other organizations to see how they provide these programs using Tessitura (set up, configuration, daily operations, reporting etc.).
Would love to connect via phone/email or in person at the Tessitura conference TLCC2014 in Dallas with anyone who has experience in these areas.
Any expertise would be appreciated.
