Refund a card stored on an individual, not household

Is there a way to override the automatic substitution of the affiliated household as order owner, or "select account" on the payments screen from a card stored on the individual?

Someone ordered a ticket on an individual account that was later householded, or merged into a householded individual. I need to refund the card that was used to place this ticket order, but I am unable to access the card from the payments screen since any order I create is going to have the household listed as owner.

I know I can change my security limits to unmask the card and then manually enter it, but I want to know if there's a built-in way to do this. Thanks!
