Subscriptions: Disabled Patrons and Caregivers

Good afternoon,

We've had an inquiry from one of our presenting partners about accommodations in the lobby for Cargivers/Assistants that the subscribing patron is not willing to purchase a ticket for.

Has anyone else had something like this come up, and if so how did you go about handling it?

Thanks!

Yes, we allow caregivers to stay in the lobby if they don’t want to buy a ticket for them. We have a few tables and chairs in the lobby of the Orchestra level for guests.
