Is it possible in Tessitura to print a Header ticket with or without placing a ticket order? In PVM, to save time writing, I would go into an acct and print a header to attach to my paper order form so I wouldn't have to write down all of that patron's contact information.
I'm so new at this, I'm afraid my questions are very basic right now, but I hope everyone will indulge me for a bit.
Sarah
Hi Sarah,
You certainly can. You would just go back into Print Order and select the box next to header. From the drop down you can select the header card you’d like to use.

But Chris.. I can't get to Print Header without paying out the order. Maybe that's an issue I need to ask IT about. Being in Group Sales, I don't print tickets for a long time after the initial seats are held so I need to print a header... 1) when I put the seats on hold and 2) without actually holding any seats at all.
I will also print them to use for mailing tickets, but only when I'm sending out orders for special offers when a patron has purchased a small number of tickets. For actual group orders, I do it the old-fashioned way and hand address the envelope. Yes... there are some of us old folks that still do that. :)
On occasion I have gone into previous orders to print one-off headers for various reasons. Though this solution wouldn't help if you've had to create a new record.
