Print at Home

Good Morning,

We are in the beginning processes on intsituting Print at Home.  I was hoping that for those of you already doing print at home you could send me samples of what your PAH tickets look like.  My e-mail address is kdarling@nashvillesymphony.org.

I really appreciate it!

Kimberly

  • I think you can place it behind another element that is visible.

I'm interested in the notion of taking an element from a print at home design and hiding/not displaying it on the actual hard ticket.
Any sneaky or creative ways of doing this?

  • Hello Kimberly: Just sent you a sample from our test system.  Let me know if you didn't get it, and call me if you have any questions.  Kindly, Mark

  • Hi Kim,

It could have something to do with the HABO default days for the Web MOS.  You can override that default for your PAH delivery method in the TX_MOS_SHIP_METHOD table, where you associate the PAH delivery method with your Web MOS.  You override using the HABO Days column.  Here’s the explanation for the column from the documentation:

This column can be used to set a different relative hold at box office value for print-at-home delivery methods, allowing, for example, tickets to be printed at home when all other options would require pick up at will call.

  • Thanks Kevin – I knew it was there somewhere but for the life of me I could not find it in my documentation.

    Hi Kimberly (and all),

We're in the same boat -- implementing PAHT right now. I'm looking for samples of what you do currently. Do you mind sharing the results of your research?

    Many thanks,

    JIm D

  • Jim and Kimberly,

I just uploaded a few sample PAH tickets onto my profile:

    http://www.tessituranetwork.com/COMMUNITY/members/teresadean9276/files/PAH+Template+Samples/default.aspx

Three of the files are actual tickets and one of them is template.

I’m more than happy to answer any questions.

    Teresa
