Hello!
Is there a way to make the system think that a ticket hasn't been printed?
For example - say that a ticket seller printed an order by mistake. We still want the tickets to come out in our batch printing but don't necessarily want to check off "re-print" and end up re-printing orders that shouldn't be reprinted.
We're new to Tessitura and Paciolan had a "void" function that would treat the tickets as "unprinted" so they would come out in our ticket dumps. Is there something similar in Tessitura?
Thanks in advance for any help.
I just return the tickets and select them again making the “new” seats unprinted.

We currently have a very low-tech way of keeping the accidentally printed tickets in a bin and then we add them to will call when we need to. However, I've often thought (and should really implement!) a different delivery method of "needs reprint." So when it's printed by accident, you can flip the delivery method. You could have another batch to reprint them in when they need to be reprinted and would only reprint what is necessary.
