"Unprint" a ticket?

Hello!

Is there a way to make the system think that a ticket hasn't been printed?

For example - say that a ticket seller printed an order by mistake. We still want the tickets to come out in our batch printing but don't necessarily want to check off "re-print" and end up re-printing orders that shouldn't be reprinted.

We're new to Tessitura and Paciolan had a "void" function that would treat the tickets as "unprinted" so they would come out in our ticket dumps. Is there something similar in Tessitura?

Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hi Andrea,

I believe the only way to do this is to return the seat and pick it up again as a new line item.
We have to do this on occasions if we have a printer error/ticket jam etc. You can see all this in the ticket history but we tend to write a note to explain why a seat has been reseated in the order notes field.

Be interested to hear if there is another way of doing this!

    Thanks,

    Caspian
