Hi all,
Does anyone know of a report or an easy way to find the ticket numbers for every ticket sold to an event?
I have an event, where the tickets weren't scanned or collected, but we want to mark them as attended manually (using the Season Manager- Record Attendance function). We frequently do this for the odd ticket here and there, but in this instance it will be around 200 tickets. I don’t really want to open each order to find out the ticket numbers, if there is an easier way to do it! I also don’t want to re-print all the tickets, to then scan them (which would be the quicker but more expensive option)!
I feel there must be a report somewhere that shows ticket numbers as well as order numbers/names?
Thanks, Alison
Hi Alison -
We have a custom report that might do what you want, written by Ryan Rowell who is out on paternity leave, so I'm just being the middle gal here.
I've uploaded all the pieces of the custom report to my files area under Ticket Printing Report if you want your IT staff to take a look at it.

Hi Alison,Technically you could use the 'order export utility' for just that performance, and set it to individual seats. This will give you the name, ticket number, price of ticket etc for every single seat sold for that performance. It also has their address, mode of sale, channel, order date information - but you could simply cut out anything you don't need and just leave yourself with name & ticket numbers in excel if that's all you need.

The Order Export utility does not include ticket number.
However, if you want to reprint the tickets for the performance from Batch Ticket Printing, you can print to a file instead of printing actual tickets, and as long as ticket number is included on your ticket design, it will be included in the data file. You can then open the data file in Excel and go down the list to enter the ticket numbers into Record Attendance.
