Hello all,
Does anyone know of an organisation using Price Zone Groups? We do lots of reporting by Price Zone, and it's very time consuming to have to manually combine figures from 'A Reserver Stalls', 'A Reserve Circle', 'A Reserve Boxes' et cetera. It seems like an obvious solution to use a Price Zone Group, although I cannot seem to find anything from searching the TN forums, or in the docs.

In T-Stats I usually use Base Price which is in the Seats Cube. Then you could pull in section name if you need more info on what that Base Price Represents. That’s how I look at how each price level is doing form T-Stats. Have you played around with Base Price?

I just re-read the Price Zone docs, and saw the note about the Groups column being reserved for future use. Disregard my question!
I look forward to using the groups functionality in the future, it would be a real benefit, especially if it was accessible via T-Stats and RMA.

Hello Nicole :) We do use Base Price in T-Stats quite often, which is very helpful. What I was hoping we could do, would be to save the manual addition required when the Reserves are the same price in different sections.

We're converting now - I was also really excited to see this new column, and more than a bit disappointed to read that is was reserved for future use. Does anyone know what that future use might be? And would I be causing any serious problems down the road if I started creating zone groups now and associating them with zones?
I would also be interested in information regarding what problems I might be creating if I just went ahead and started creating some Zone Groups.
We're just now looking at this for T-Stats - anyone now using zone groups a year later?
