We are just starting a new Access Register for our patrons with disabilities and we are going to use 'Notes' in the Research tab to capture useful information. This will also trigger an icon on a flex header.
We will be getting customers to complete a form and wondered if there was a way to create a pre-populated note type so that when our ticket sales staff choose the Access Register note type it brings up the form template so they can just fill in the relevant information for that customer?
