Ticket design element/Sort-name

We are building a new ticket design for our main theatre. All the data elements are pulling properly except when we try to use the Constituent Sort Name data element. There is always a blank space when printing the ticket and we made sure that this field was populated in the account we were testing it in.

We couldn't find any troubleshooting instructions for this issue. Constituent ID and Display Name work just fine, but the sort name will never print anything other than on the sample ticket.

If anyone has run into this issue, we'd love to hear what you did.

  • Hi Jesse,

We experienced this issue and it has something to do with V11 and the household. Prior to this, the name was pulled from Name1 and Name2 but that doesn’t work anymore. We had to use custom data elements to get the names to appear correctly (without household in the name). Sadly, this was done by our SQL guy so I can’t offer help in how this was done.
