List Criteria for Payment Plans

Does anyone know if there is list builder criteria for finding those people with a payment plan in the subscription order? I need to separate them out and I can't figure out how to find them

    The best way to do that is to use the Ticket Order Billing utility in Review mode and save the results to a list.
