Hello,
I'm looking to set up a package/offer whereby a customer can buy 2 events for £20, 3 events for £30 and 4 events for £40 (to encourage them to buy all 4 events in one transaction, singularly the tickets will be more expensive). All events are within the same season but in two different facilities.
Does anyone do anything similar and if so, do you have any tips on best practice?
Many thanks,
Laura
Hello Laura,
I would suggest creating a builder package that has the minimum number of performances to select being 2 and the maximum being 4. You could have one price type that is £10 so that as they add performances, the price would automatically increase. You could then track what type of package they picked with the category drop down or you could use source codes to track what type of package they purchased.
That’s just one of many ways I’m sure you’ll find to manage this package as other Tessiturians respond.
