Returning Seats

Good Afternoon!

We are trying to return a package  (1 seat for all four of our programs) and the seats are showing on the map as ticketed/printed.

When we go into the order, they show up as red and not green(except on the individual show maps, where they are green).

When trying to return them I get this message:  TP_UN_Confirm_Ticket.  No seats found for specified performance or package.

Everything looks good with the order.....any ideas!!!!!

  • Hi Richard (this is a resend as my last post got cut)

I’d suggest that you open a support ticket for this and attach a profile of the order. In SQL Server Mgmt Studio, in the impresario database, output to text  and run

EXEC PORD ### -- replace ### with the order number

For your own curiosity you may want to look at the output yourself as it shows everything about an order and you can see if something is awry even though it looks OK in Tessitura.

    Cheers

    Sandra

  • Thank you Sandra!
