This year we included some smaller packages in our rollover that we don't normally and as a result we have a large number of unseated orders that need to be cancelled. I'm trying to put together a Seat Cancellation Set but I'm coming up with a very low number of orders, is this because a Seat Cancellation Set will only cancel seated orders? If so, is there another way of cancelling these unseated orders without having to do each one manually?

We had a similar situation this year. You are correct that seat cancellation will not remove these line items because they are not seated. We needed help from our IT Dept to remove these. They submitted a help ticket to the Network, and were sent some code they had developed to remove unseated Package Line Items from rollover orders. It required some updates to meet our needs that I believe was fairly easy for our programmer to do.
