We are looking into starting automatic subscription renewals and are trying to collect information to help us plan efficiently. Is there anyone out there currently doing auto renewals that would be willing to share from your experiences? We're looking for information like what percentage of your subscribers opt in? What kind of procedures did you set up to accommodate for the process? Have your found it to be time-saving in the long run? etc. Really any little bits of information can help. We're looking into this as well for our 15-16 season. Haven't really done any planning towards it at this time. Would love to be included in any information you receive.
We have been doing auto renewal for a few years now. I can write up some thoughts for you & will email by early next week if that works for you.
