Hi y'all - we are busy getting ready to install V12 and I am exploring an idea that V12 allows. We "flag" our subscribers in a specific performance in their individual file (ticket orders are in household). I'm looking at using the recipient option in sub line items. I have tried pulling a list (leave individual constituents etc etc) with our Subscriber Performance and the Ticket History Role of Recipient however from a ticket order with 2 subline items (Sub Perf) and 2 recipients the list will only pull out 1 recipient not both.
How would I get a list of all recipients assigned to sub line items for a particular performance? If anyone out there can make sense of the above please let me know. Many thanks
