Hi there;
We have had great success limiting seats within a performance but nearly all of our offers are done on a per production basis.
Is there a way to limit at this level?
Our promos would also work on a per order level if you were limited to 2 of a certain price type for your entire order.
Is there a way to limit at this level instead?
Would this require custom?
Thanks!

I think this would be possible with the new pricing rules engine coming in a later release of V12. I can't think of an out-of-the-box to do that at this time though.

If what you are trying to do is to limit the number of seats that can be purchased in an order to any combination of performances in a production, then that is not something that a v12.5 pricing rule would handle.
Oops! My bad. The pricing rules function is still a bit of a mystery to me. Can't wait to get my hands on it and figure it out! :)
