Performance Summary Tab

I have a user group that has access to Season Manager> House View and Season Manager> Season Overview. When double clicking on a performance in the month of June, they do not see any values in the Performance Summary tab, however they can for other months (May, July etc).  They can see the Performance Summary for the June performance dates if viewing from Season Manager>Season Overview.

Does anyone know why this would happen?

  • I know this thread is quite old, but I stumbled upon it today because we were having the same issue (with shows in November); I found a solution that worked and wanted to post it here in case someone else finds this thread and needs an answer! For us, the issue was a typo in the date range for that month in TR_BATCH_PERIOD. Our date range for November was mistakenly set with 11/30 as both the start and end dates, causing that month to be excluded from the batch period entirely. Adjusting the start date to 11/1 fixed this for us.
