I've been asked to track down other PACs that do only CYO subscriptions within Tessitura and that are specifically not set up as a flex package. We've almost completed our first season and are weighing the benefits of continuing with this type of setup versus going with packages.
As the TSM, my main challenge is with reporting and providing the kind of in depth information marketing is asking for. We're also in a consortium so custom reports are generally our only option.
If you're setup similarly I'd love to hear how you manage your in depth reporting needs since the canned reports for packages are not available and renewals as I see it, will have to be managed manually.
