Print at Home Ticket Design

Hi crew,

We are new to the Tessitura family, and still finding our feet. We have been having some issues with print at home ticket design. We are setting the font size and type in Acrobat form builder for the element IDs that are generated from Tessitura, but Tessitura seems to overwrite our font options and puts in the font and size selected in the Tessitura ticket design. Is there a way for Tessitura not to overwrite this, so it looks better in the PDF layout?

    Hey Eleanor,

    Hope all is well!  You can change the default setting in your PAHT config file and specify there if you want certain ticket designs (and maybe even elements within those designs) to have different font settings.

    I remember seeing all of this referenced in the PAHT documentation too, so maybe check and see what it says there in the explanation of config file settings. Hope that helps.
