New Consortium

Madison, WI here.  Although we're new to Tessitura most of our 10 Resident Companies are very anxious for us to launch a consortium.

Can anyone share their Consortium Services Agreement with us?  We'd have gotten one from Omaha Performing Arts, and we're very thankful.  But, having other models would be a HUGE benefit.

Thanks, Wayne Glowac

  • Hi Wayne,

I know it is still a few months out, but I wanted to throw out a quick plug for a discussion session at this year's Tessitura Learning & Community Conference, titled 'Creating and Expanding Consortia: Let's Tie the Knot!'
If someone from Overture is attending this year, this might be a great session to network and learn more about creating and managing a consortium.

    Hope to see you there!

    Session Description:
Are you curious about consortia? This discussion will focus on best practices for managing consortia implementations, relationships and infrastructure. Learn more about the power of collaboration, what works, what hasn't worked and how others have navigated obstacles to achieve more together.

  • Hi Ryan,

Thanks this is really helpful to know.

    Wayne

  • We're working on creating these documents as well.  I reached out to Mary French from Atlanta Ballet, and to Teresa Dean from AT&T PAC.  Both were able to provide a lot of insight into their agreements and consortium setup.

    Hope this helps!
