Hello,
We have been offering print at home tickets for 3 months and have come on to a problem, I want to 'nip in the bud' before we head into our busy summer season.
I hope this is not common, but I bet others have run into this; A patron came to the door with what looked to be a normal print at home ticket. It scanned normally. When the patron got up to the balcony, his seat was taken by another patron with the same seat number.
When the manager on duty rescanned the ticket, the scanner showed a different seat number than what appeared on his print at home piece of paper. After a closer look and some discussion the customer admitted he changed the seat number on his ticket. Through copying and scanning...
Has any other organization run into this? ANY thoughts/ suggestions are appreciated!
Thank you,
Carol Ciulla
