Ticket price doubling and dynamic pricing

Hi everyone:

Recently we made several changes to pricing on a performance by adding an additional price zone and lowering the prices on the remaining unsold inventory.

I rezoned, added the new price map with the lower prices being sure to A) expire the original price map and B) place the new map in a different category. Both maps were placed against the same price type and both checked as base (this may be the issue).

I ran the Box Office Statement and while it's calculating seats and prices correctly, in one section it lists double prices i.e. $199 as $398 but sales by ticket price are correctly calculated.

I suspected marking both as "Base" might be the issue. I removed that designation from the new price map.  Now when I run the report, there are no prices listed for this section just 0.00 with the ticket prices and seat calculations below it.

I've dynamically priced multiple times without issue. The difference this time is the rezoning and the prices being lower instead of higher.  Has anyone else experienced this?  If yes, is there a solution so reporting comes out correct?

Thank you!
