Karen Turner and I are serving as content planners for a TLCC session called Rankings for Everyday Ticketing.
Here's the description for this discussion session:
How do you use rankings? Perhaps an upgrade for high scoring VIPs or to make that extra special concert available to a select group of important donors. Whatever the use is or if you have just begun the process, rankings can be a great tool for classifying your patrons. Bring your best use cases and your questions to share with the group and be prepared to have some takeaways to implement when you return to the office.
As a reminder, a moderator is the person in the room who focuses the discussion, encourages participation from attendees, and keeps things moving. There is also a guru in the room who helps to keep the session going and answer specific questions on rankings.
