We've run into a couple of issues recently with disabled patrons in overly large Mobility Devices and were wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to obtain more information regarding the devices that patrons are using. We've had some that are tall, and some that are in fixed partially reclined positions that have presented some challenges for the FOH Staff. It would be great to get this information up front and be able to prepare the FOH Staff before the patron reaches the seat.
How are other organizations handling these types of issues?
