Hello everyone,
We are using a promo code to offer a special ticket price to a group. The promo code is working correctly, however, when printing the tickets they print without the show titles and dates. The pricetype is linked to our default ticket design which works with everything else. Is there something I'm missing? Anyone have ideas of what I should double check?
