We've recently had an increase in the number of customers reporting difficulties processing payments on our website. The payment provider that we use is TNS.
Has anyone else had an increase in payment issues over the past two weeks or so?
The Heartbleed issue has conveniently assisted in clouding these issues of course!

We haven't seen any increase in issues - have you checked if they have turned on a different level of AVS checking against your web MID?
