Has anyone else experienced problems with PAH Reprint Requests with order dates which exceeds the vlaue specified for " DaysInThe Past" per the ETicketServerService.Live.cfg?
We currently have our values set to "30". However, when a PAH Reprint Request is submitted for any performance in an order past 30 days, the request is "stuck" or in limbo. Our current solution is to cancel the original order and re-create a new order to be able to resend the PAH ticket to a patron requesting a reprint.
We tried expanding the value to the equivalent of 10 months of our concert season but that in turn generated PAH errors at a rate of 3-5 errors per second.
Since our subscription renewal begins in January (2014), prior to the season being renewed (2014/15), performance dates in a package or single ticket can run through the end of our season the following June.(2015). Quite often a Patron who has placed an order early in the season for a PAH delivery option are not able to locate their tickets prior to a performance several months out and therefore need their PAH tickets resent. However, at that point all other performances exceeding 30 days past the order date are no longer able to process the PAH Reprint requested.
We have ours set to 360 which covers a year (we quite often have performances on sale over a year in advance and we don't have any issues with this).
We do find that we will get some errors when the service first starts up. but they go away once the service is up and running.
We have our max orders to return set to 10, and it polls every 1 minute.

Do you find that if you restart the service those errors regenerate again or is it just one time so that once the errors cycles through they do not occur again every time it polls? Thanks.

The errors will only re-appear if we restart the PAH service again. Occasionally you might get errors without restarting the server, but these are few and far between.
