Sending PAH from Phone/Window Sales

Good Morning -

Can someone confirm that sending PAH for Phone/Window sales is possible, and if so, how does one send the PAH at the end of the transaction? The tickets show up to be printed, the Request PAH Reprint icon is greyed out. Is there something that needs to be done? I know to set the Alt Add as the email to send the PAH to, but does this process systematically similar to online (however frequently your system is set) and does it pull with that?

    If the delivery method in the Order is the PAHT option, then the email with the tickets will be sent when you click Done. 

    It sounds a bit counter intuitive because you get a confirmation of the order confirmation (if you select it), and not the PAHT email, but it's a bit of a time saver. 

    The reprint PAHT button will become active if you re-enter the Order, as the tickets have now been "printed".
