Hi everyone;
Out of the box Tessitura has Birthdate_1 and though this is pulling into reports wonderfully as a marketing tool we are unable to pull lists on it in List Manager.
Is it possible to pull a List on Bithdate_1 or is it required to make a secondary Attribute? I have already done this for listing the Month in on it's own knowing that even if there is a way to pull on Birthdate_1 it would take a lot of effort to get a single month for all years out of that.
I'm also wondering if it's possible to map a Checkout Survey response directly to an Attribute or if that has to be done manually after the fact.
I just want to clarify - Are you not seeing Birthdate_1 as an option in List Manager or do you have it but it's not working as expected?
