Hello all,
I have a facility map that currently opens up to the wrong section of the house when a ticket order is being processed. When you go to the seat map and select the Front Orchestra, it opens the Upper Balcony and vice verse. How would I go about fixing this?

In Ticketing Setup > Facility Manager, on the House Map tab of the effected facility, hover over the section and right click. From the menu pop up, select Attributes. In Label Text to Display field, update the text to the correct name. You'll then need to 'move' that part of house to its correct location by clicking on the sides of the box and dragging it to the right place. Repeat for the other part of house that's also effected.
