We've come across a situation that makes me wonder if I've perhaps missed a step in the set up of editable pricing that's causing this.
Our opening orders are all set to Unseated/Paid and reps select an editable price type on certain performances, edit the price to the correct price and then pay for the order. Closer to performance date, we seat all the orders, however when we seat a line item that has an edited price type on it, the pricing reverts back to the max price set on the price map and we need to re-adjust the pricing again.
Is this expected behavior for this type of situation?

Hi Michele:Though we've not done editable pricing in this exact same way, I would think your experience is expected. Here's why: prices can't be edited until they are seated. Thus, the ticket would be at the default price until after it is seated and then edited.
