Report on flex pkgs

Does someone have a solution to report on unseated flex packages?  We consider our flex pkg holders full subscribers with renewal rights(manually selecting same seats as last yr).  The canned subscription reports only show fixed seat pkg info.  But I need to determine our complete pkg revenue, for seated and unseated, fixed and flex.  I would appreciate any ideas, thanks!
