Missing Scans in Offline Mode

Hi all,

We've just had an event offsite where we used the scanners in offline mode. I've uploaded the info from the scanners and ran the N-Scan Offline Scan Update utility, but does anything update the constituent’s account indicating that they attended the event? I’m also missing about 1500 scans. I expected to have some ticket scans missed from user error but not that many. Has anyone ever experienced this situation, and if so, how did you remedy it?
