We are seeing some situations where when an order has had a change made to it, for example an exchange. The delivery method is set to PAH , but now the tickets don't go out since the change has occurred in the order. Has anyone experienced this? Any ideas as to why this might be happening and what can be done to fix it?

As others have stated the new tickets have to be processed in a new order in order for them to receive the PAH tickets.
