Price zone error

Hello everyone,

We are new to version 12 and were trying to delete a price zone that we are no longer using in one of our maps. There are no seats assigned to it. Has anyone had this problem? Any idea of what's going on?

 

Transaction Description: Deleting zones

Transaction Error: SQLSTATE = 25000

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server

Cannot roll back DeleteZone. No transaction or savepoint of that name was found.

SQL Statement: DBSPExec: EXECUTE IMMEDIATE :as_ExecStatement;

    Hi Laura,

    We are currently not on V12 but I have been doing some testing for our upcoming transition (May 19). I would imagine that if there are any transactions in that zone (from previous seasons) you would not be able to delete the zone. You can mark it as inactive however. I know that you are in a consortium at Yale and am also wondering if another consortium partner used that zone and map for an event. That's really the only reason I can think of why you wouldn't be able to delete a zone.

    I hope, since this post is from March, that you were able to get the problem solved.
