Just wondering how much customisation is possible for offline order confirmations. Understand that these can be tailored in HTML but would anyone be willing to share their designs? Is it possible to have multiple templates or does this require logic to vary one single template?

Is there a way to log our current API confirmations in the Contact Log of the Constiuent Record? Do you have a procedure that does that?

Hi Adria,
In the order confirmation email template you can execute custom code. So you could make a soap/rest call that executes a sproc to add this to the contact log.
