Reports

I am trying to pull a report that will give me any patron who has attending our Presenting Series (Main stage) shows, but has purchase 3 or more of the events.  Whenever I try to run it, it pulls out anyone who has purchased 3 or more TICKETS instead of 3 or more EVENTS. Can anyone help?

    Hi Carol,

    Take a look at the Attendance by Performance report.  It lists ticket sales counts without revenue data, and has performance date parameters that you can use to set the report up on a schedule.  If you set it to not include constituent detail and include all attendance statuses, it should give you the information you need.

    Here’s a link to the documentation on that report:http://www.tessituranetwork.com/Help_System_v121/Content/Reports/Attendance%20by%20Performance.htm

    And, in case you need it, here’s a link to the help topic on using relative date options when scheduling a report:http://www.tessituranetwork.com/Help_System_v121/Content/Reporting%20Overview/Relative%20Date%20Options.htm

    Hi

    We are not yet using T-Stats---hopefully we will be soon. But in the mean time;

     I am looking for an auto report that will pull the total number of tickets sold; single and package seats, only, no revenue.  I want to isolate the events that are running during that current week only; Monday-Sunday.

     Is there a report where in I can make the performance dates relative, based on the current date? So I can set this up once and not have to change the performance dates, each week?

    Any suggestions would be helpful.

    Thanks
