Hi all,
We've just upgraded our computers to Windows 8.1 and we're now experiencing issues with saving reports to pdf, word docs, or excel (in fact all formats) in Tessitura. Does anyone have any solutions or fixes for this problem? We're using Tessitura 11.0.4. There's no error message, it just shows the spinning loop/wheel symbol briefly next to the mouse cursor and then nothing happens.
