Hello,
We have the reprint flag on our ticket design, but it seems to be printing on all tickets, regardless of whether the tickets have been printed or not. I referenced an account immediately after printing and there is only one printing on the order history, yet the reprint flag is still on.
Any thought?

Hi Becci,
What ticket design element are you using? When using the Reprint Flag data element only reprinted tickets should have the dup flag appear. I would check your ticket design and if all looks correct open a support ticket.
