Can't reprint tickets that are part of a subscription

Good day, and hoping everyone a good Valentine's Eve ..
This is probably "Tessitura 101".  I've searched the Tessitura KB and forums, but can't determine the solution.

Our Box Office is often asked to reprint tickets to subscription orders (not PAH tickets, but "hard" tickets), but problems sometimes occur.

The agent will locate the patron's order, select the Sub Line Items tab, select the show(s), and click Print Ticket.

In the Print Order box, Reprint Printed is checked, the Ticket Printer is valid, and the agent clicks OK.
Nothing happens; the tickets are not re-printed.

If the agent clicks Receipts and/or Header, the printer does generate the items.

The ticket status is TPD (ticketed/paid), the agent has security access to all items of the order (price type, MOS, etc.).
In Security, the Box Office group has full access to all "Ticketing" objects, including Ticket Printing and Ticket Reprinting.

It appears the problem *does not* exist with patron orders for single shows, only shows that are part of a subscription.

Any suggestions would be welcome

Thanks

    Thank You, Janna …

The problem existed with the package setup.

We’re relatively new to Tessitura (went live Aug 2013) and there are still so many things to learn.

    Wendell,

You have probably checked this but this happened to us on year when someone had inadvertently removed the MOS from the Package or Performance within the Package and/or the dates had expired for that MOS.  It is worth a double check if you haven’t done so already.

    Thanks,

    Janna
