"donate seat for resale"

"donate seat for resale" an option that we don't use BUT because it sits just below "return seat" it has been selected in error a couple of times.  Generally the operator notices before proceeding too far except on one occasion, which has now create a bit of a mess.  Is it possible to disable this option somehow - or limit its visibility, please?

  • Darrell,

There is a security object Ticket Benevolent Returns.  Remove Delete rights to that object to disable the menu option for users.  If you are allowing donations in some cases I would make sure your users still have Add rights to that object as the Add rights control being able to sell a donated seat.

    Best,

    Anna

  • Wonderful – thank you Anna
