We have just successfully implemented print at home tickets. However, the desired default setting of holding tickets at the box office within 7 days of the event is overriding the delivery method on the web. Thus, print at home tickets are not available to customers who place an order online within a week of the event. Is there a way to rectify this so that people can purchase print at home tickets all the way up to the day of the event?
Our theory was to set up a new mode of sale, but we're not sure how that would show up and be activated on the web in the ordering process. Thanks in advance for any advice!

We had the same situation when we started doing PAHT. Best to set your overall MOS default HABO to zero days and then control each delivery method's HABO settings for each MOS in the system table TX_MOS_SHIP_METHOD. That has worked perfectly for us!
