Lemur Printing Issues

Yep.  We had exactly the same problem.  Printing batches of over say 50 tickets.  After a bunch of research we discovered that it was the shape of the smaller capacity hoppers Boca was shipping with the Lemur-S printers.

You can order a larger size hopper from Boca.  (Like $20-$30 extra.)  Or if you have old hopers as we did from earlier Boca printers use the old deeper hopper on the new printer.  Not that pretty.  However, it seem to works great.

Greetings from The Granada Theatre in Santa Barbara.

We've had some printing issues with our Lemur-S. Specifically during batch prints. Often the tickets will get mixed up in the hopper, or not fall out completely from the opening causing backup. This leads to tickets being out of order. Any issues with anyone else?
