Through several tests, I believe we’ve been successful in setting up a hold code expiration utility that suits our needs. However, we would like to have the output option be both “Data Center” and “Email-PDF,” essentially having the utility run on scheduele as well as send us an email every time it does. Is this possible?
All report schedules are saved to the database, regardless of the output format. Setting it to Datacenter basically means “save to the database and nothing more”. If you set it to Email-PDF it will still be viewable from the View Scheduled Reports window in the client application.

Thanks Ryan,
But does this mean that the utility will expire the hold codes as well? The few times I tested this, I received the email but the holds remained.
Jeremy,
Do you have an end date set on the hold code? You have to have end dates specified on the hold code before the report will expire them.
Yep, end dates are specified in the hold code.
